Sauté Bacon until light brown, then add in garlic, and caramelize onions to a light brown color. Lower the heat when adding in garlic to prevent garlic from burning from the initial heat shock

Add in Ground pork, Ground Beef, and Steak

Mix together Banana Ketchup, Soy sauce, Filipino BBQ, sweet chili sauce, lemon, lime, brown sugar, and honey

Pour liquid mixture, and break up ground meat mixture

Cook for 3 hours on low heat setting

Skim fat that has risen to the top of the chili

Add in Tomato Puree, Tomato Paste, and mix into meat

Add in black beans, and kidney beans, and continue to cook on medium for 1 hour

Enjoy Chili with white rice, and garnish with green onions
